This research area explores issues of curriculum and pedagogy across an array of domains, including early childhood, primary and secondary schooling, and higher education. It also entails examination of teaching methodologies and research on new pedagogies, curriculum theory and educational reforms more broadly. Educational technologies, teaching strategies, language and literacy acquisition are all part of this broad domain. Insights from the ‘science of learning’ also inform research in this area.
