Transitioning to remote learning will require new ways of working and learning, for teachers, students, and families. In the tabs below you will find links to resources to help you plan for and support effective remote learning experiences, and ways to support student Wellbeing during this time.

 Teachers guide to developing remote learning experiences - This guide draws on some of the available evidence about what works and why in remote and online teaching and learning. It provides some practical tips on designing online and remote learning experiences.

Learning remotely can be challenging for many students (and their teachers and families!), with students maybe finding it difficult to stay on task, stay motivated, and know how to address any learning challenges. Students may also miss the social connection with their friends and classmates. A set of 10 ‘Learning Well…Together’ Strategies have been developed for students that can help them to address some of these concerns by being more regulated in their learning, and working in a supported way on identified tasks online with friends or classmates. Each of these strategies are based on evidence about effective learning techniques. The resources contained here for teachers provide some background to these 10 Strategies and also some tips for teachers on how to encourage the use of these strategies and follow up on student engagement with them in class.
