2016 Postgraduate Research Community Conference : Disruptive encounters: A call for messy research
Saturday 13 August

Saturday 13 August

‘Doing research’ is often a process that leaves more questions uncovered than answered. This year’s conference calls for us as researchers to embrace the times, places and knowledges that are entangled in our work, resist the pull towards easy answers, and consider how ‘messy’ research can tell interesting stories about the phenomenon in question.
The conference is preceded by The Carolyn D Baker Memorial Lecture which will be held on the evening of Friday 12 August. The conference and lecture are both free of charge and Research Higher Degree students in Education and associated areas from UQ and other Higher Education Institutions are welcome to participate.
